Our story

A family kitchen, an Italian-American table.

We are a family-owned bakery bringing our Italian-American favorites to Tool, Texas. Every loaf, brownie, and cannoli is made by hand, in small batches, the way family recipes are meant to be made.

We started at the market table and grew by word of mouth, one stuffed long loaf at a time. When you buy from us, you are buying from neighbors who put their name and their heart into every bake.
